Interview
I was an employee referral and interviewed for a sales role in October. I went through the first interview with a recruiter which was a typical phone screening, my experience was very positive and had a great conversation. However, I was told that I would hear back in 3 days (the recruiter stated he will be recommending me to the hiring manager and will have a discussion the following day) and that I was a good fit for the role and would be continuing the interview process within a week. I never heard back from the recruiter and was told by my connection at the company that hiring this role has been pushed back and they will not be hiring until January. Still had not received a response from the recruiter nearly 3 weeks later after following up multiple times and ultimately ended up receiving an email from the "recruitment team" stating that the role has been filled and they selected another candidate. I assume this was an automated email response since the role was in fact not filled and the posting was taken down. Overall a bit of a puzzling and unprofessional experience.
The recruiters was great throughout the entire process but the interview process itself was long. Overall fairly standard interview questions but seemed as though every interviewer was asking the same questions
