Interview
It was a good and positive interview experience. Very thorough which I thought was indicative of their desire to maintain the positive culture and vibe that currently exists. They definitely want to make sure they get the right person for the job. For the most part, I was updated routinely on the process and what to expect next, and received a phone call that I had not been selected instead of an email; which I appreciated.

As I was applying for a sales managerial role, most of the questions were around experience and how you would handle certain situations with customers, sales methods, interacting with customers and colleagues, and team management styles.
