I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PagerDuty in Jan 2024
Interview
Interviewing was a 2 month long process. I made it through all 6 rounds of interviews. After the final round, I was told it would take at least a week for “next steps.” My last interview was 5 weeks ago and I have not received any further communication from PagerDuty. I’m disappointed in the lack of feedback and transparency despite the 2-month effort I spent interviewing. Even if I did not receive an offer, I would appreciate it to be informed on their decision and not be ghosted.

I applied online. I interviewed at PagerDuty in Feb 2021
Interview
Applied online. Got contacted by the recruiter, who gave me a good idea of the role as well as expected comp for the role. Then had an initial zoom call with the hiring manager about my experince and general approach to analytical problems. This was followed with a virtual onsite that included technical (coding), culture fit, and problem solving (analytics / case study) rounds. The topic of each interviews in the onsite was clearly stated beforehand, which helped immensely in preparation. Everyone was great to talk to! I also received feedback when I was told I didn't get the job, which was awesome - I wish companies made giving feedback the default after onsites. Overall, smooth interview process that left me with a very positive impression of the company.
