PagerDuty Senuir Software Engineer interview questions

The interview was not technical, but only behavioral. It went rather easy as the questions were about how do you handle team, conflicts, etc. The recruiter came back a week later that they are proceeding with other candidates. Not sure how they did the assessment based on a behavioral interview for a tech position.
