Had a first phone interview to get a general feel of my background. Few weeks later I had a technical phone interview, and since I was in London I came on-site 3 days later for a 3-hours (3 times 1 hour) interview.

Applied on their website and then received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. I expected to be interviewed by the recruiter (the person who sent me the email) but instead was called by one of their engineers.
