Previously made HM round, reached out by current employee and applied with referral. Interview was highly unprofessional (delayed response, joined interview 15 minutes late). Asked a slew of unrelated questions (e.g. "did I like the weather of the city I live in"). Never had such a terrible and off putting experience with a recruiter ever. This is despite the fact that I made it to the final round previously. Did not pass the recruiter round - no reason provided.
