Six very similar interviews, three with coding exercises. On-site interviews were somewhat poorly organised, with some of the interviewers not available on the day. Focus is on problem-solving performance rather than prior experience. Got the impression that a military background would have been advantageous, with a number of interviewers coming from that field.
