I got in touch with a recruiter after attending one of their company presentations at their office. She was very helpful and directed me towards the relevant people. I then completed the coding challenge, which I found on the difficult side and certainly did not pass all the test cases. About a day later, I was contacted to schedule an HR phone screen, where I was asked expected behavioral questions. A week later I was scheduled for a phone coding interview. This was actually quite straightforward and doable if you have done the necessary prep. After that came the on-site interviews. It consists of three interviews back-to-back. The interviewers were very friendly and it feels more like a conversation than a forced interview. They really help you shake loose the interview stress. After that they take you to lunch and you attend a presentation, after which I was asked to have another interview with a hiring manager. This was both behavioral and technical. All in all, I spent around 7 hours there that day. After a week, I was asked to come in for yet another interview, with another hiring manager. This too was both technical and behavioral, but again in the form of a conversation. I heard back two days later. It is a very well-organised interview process and the recruiters are very helpful. The one thing I would like to end with is that it is not impossible to get a job at this company. From my experience, it really does seem that they care a lot more about the way you approach a problem than memorizing computer science concepts. With that being said, you still need to be above-average in coding.
