I felt that the interviews went very well since the interviewers both gave me the impression that I had good responses to their questions. The day after the second phone interview, I received an email indicating that there were no current openings that meet my qualifications. As with other interviewers, I felt too felt that they must be looking for a specifi personality.

The interview process was very straightforward. First, I had an initial call, followed by two virtual interviews back-to-back. The first interview focused mainly on my previous experience and how I approached past projects. The second interview was more case-based, where they asked how I would handle specific situations, such as managing delays or solving scheduling challenges.
