I found the job posting on the internet. About a week after I applied I received an email to schedule a short phone interview. I agreed and it seemed to be a pleasant all be it short conversation. At the end of the interview I inquired into the rest of the interview process. I was informed that I would receive another phone interview and if they were interested I could possibly have a physical interview. While I waited for the next phone interview I went on the website to familiarize myself with their interview process. A week later I had my second interview, this interview went well and the job sounded right up my alley. At the end of the interview I was surprised to find out that I would scheduled for another phone interview. Even though it was frustrating me, some of my friends who worked in the corporate world assured me that I wouldn't make it to a third interview without them being interested in me. Based upon my friends views and the websites interview practices I was excited to have another interview. Sadly when that interview happened I quickly found out that this interview was for a completely different job than the one I had applied for. I decided to go with it, I wanted to show how flexible I was. At the end of the interview I took the initiative and inquired into the next phase. I was told that if they were interested I would be scheduled for another phone interview. I was frustrated at this point, but I really wanted the job. By the fourth interview I was more than frustrated, I had spoken to different Admins each time I interviewed, not all of them worked for the department I was applying for and once again I was interviewing for a completely different job. Because of this, when I received the email telling me that I was not going to be moving forward in the interview process I wasn't upset I laughed. I feel just fine not working for a bi-polar company.
