It seems like Friday is their designated day for processing resumes and contacting applicants. My interview experience consisted of 45 min length phone interview. Questions was mostly computer science puzzles. At the beginning person asked me what i liked in their products. They expect you to play a bit with their free demos. I stated in my resume that i have experience both with Oracle and MySql. They asked me what is the difference between these two.

Talked with the recruiter but didn't move forward as there was no match between my skills and the currently opened positions. They said they would keep my resume on file. The interviewer was pleasant.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Had initial interview with a very uninterested recruiter who was sitting in his kitchen with his partner walking behind him and yawned several times while I was talking. Overall, I thought it went well. I tend to pass these initial interviews with no problem. After two days I received an email rejecting my application which surprised me. I then asked for feedback and they ignored me. That whole experience tells a lot about a company in my opinion.
LC interview, nothing to difficult. Make sure you have proper examples of your workplace experience. Also why do you want to work here, what makes you fit for this position, what was a difficult project that you worked on and how did you navigate through it
