I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies in Aug 2022
Interview
Received an OA via email. Solved most of the questions, yet did pass all the test cases on the last problem. A week later I received an invite for a virtual technical interview. The interview was conducted through a third party contractor, which made it somewhat awkward and honestly not the best experience. The interviewer did not seem too interested, and somewhat rushed through the process. I was able to solve the first question he gave me, yet on the second one I was not able to provide a solution he was happy with. I also messed up quite a bit on the complexity analysis.

Interview
20-minute Phone Screen (background and interests) -> Coding Assessment (3 questions: 2 LC medium and a REST API task) -> 45-minute Technical Interview -> Virtual Onsite (Learning and Decomp) -> Final Round with Hiring Manager
The process included two phone screens, two technical rounds (one DSA and one learning decomposition), and a hiring manager interview. They had my email wrong, so I kept getting notified only a day before interviews, which really sucked.
