Applied for multiple requisitions that appeared to be open for quite some time. Did a phone screen with the recruiter and a timed writing test (was given 48 hours). Afterwards, heard a few days later I did not proceed to the next round. Since the positions have been open for months on end, this makes me think that either they are super selective or are in simply no rush to fill them. Either way, the process was rather average at best

Question 1
How would you go about responding to an RFI with little to no guidance
Initially, there was a call with a recruiter, followed by a writing test that was scheduled a head of time followed by another interview. The second interview was definitely more technical focused while the first interview felt more like a personality check.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me and set up a virtual interview a couple of weeks later. I did not make it to the following round. The interviewer showed up late and interviewed me for a position I did not apply to.
