Initially talked to a recruiter on the phone. Was asked some questions about why I'm looking for a new job and what I currently work on and then scheduled an "analytical interview" for a few weeks after that. The analytical interview was one hour long (virtual) and did not involve any coding, but it was more like a high level design/problem solving question. It was not necessarily something you could really prep for imo (unlike a coding interview) Was told by the interviewer that I would hear back by the end of the week, which ended up not being the case. Was quite annoyed with this - only found out that they did not want to move forward because a third party recruiter that I was working with informed me of the decision. They did not provide useful feedback.
