First, I spoke with a recruiter. This person set up some phone interviews. These consisted of questions about how I'd test various products, along with a few brain teasers. Then, I had onsite interviews with 5 of the QA engineers. They were all a bit different. Some people just chatted with me for a while to get to know me better, others had specific testing questions to ask me. After the interviews with the QA engineers, I spoke with two of the founders. These were quick. I thought I had interviewed well, but I was told over the phone about two weeks later that I wasn't being offered a position. Most people I dealt with were really nice, and the company seems really cool.
