I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies in Mar 2025
Interview
First interview discussing the CV and experience.
Second interview "decompisition", which is basically high-level systems design and an easy-medium leetcode problem. Both interviewers were very polite.
I finished the code and started debugging one minor issue. It was a little strange to me that the interviewer insisted on using break in the loop when it was clearly wrong. We wanted to continue looping and just skip one entry. I'm not sure if he wanted to test my ability to handle arguments at the workplace.
Even after I pointed out the mistake, he still insisted on using break. I didn't want to argue and dropped it. The problem wasn't solved correctly due to this mistake, and I got a rejection email a few days later.
Interview
Applied on their website and then received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. I expected to be interviewed by the recruiter (the person who sent me the email) but instead was called by one of their engineers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me what was the hardest challenge I solved and then asked how SLAM works.
Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.
I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
I have so far completed the 20 minute recruiter call, which was an easy behavioral. They asked me what I'm looking for in a job and what I do at my current role.
