The entire interview process went very smoothly. With Palisade being a very remote-friendly company and during the time of COVID, all parts of the interview were conducted either via phone call or video call. The process took roughly 2 weeks with three interviews. The first was with the talent acquisition director, second with the hiring manager, and third with the CEO. Once the calls were over I was always kept apprised of the status and never felt in-the-dark. The process was very quick and very streamlined with an offer coming only a day or two after the final interview call.
