Laid back like talking with an acquaintance. Somewhat technical, but with a healthy amount of behavioral based topics. Asked the typical strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to work here type questions.

What specifically about this company and this role made you want to work here, and where do you see your career in the short to medium term time frame.
There were multiple rounds, beginning with a phone interview with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, and then an onsite interview with presentation and one on one interviews with the team
Phone interview with HR that covers work eligibility, salary range, and location, followed by interviews with hiring manager and other members of the research group that you would be joining
The process was pretty quick and there were touchbases. I did meet with about 5 people and everyone was nice and helpful. I would recommend Pall as a great company to work for.
