Initial contact from the recruiter. We had 1 on 1 phone screen, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and then a panel video interviews with the team. The entire process is smooth and the communication with the recruiter is outstanding throughout the process. I have always informed of the status throughout the process in a timely manner.
