Five people interviewed me. The managers for med surg, OR, tele, ER, and post op. They asked all behavioral questions. They were very nice and really liked my portfolio. I recommend bringing at least seven resumes.

Personality questions about yourself and your past work experiences. Asked about past patient experiences and how I dealt with bad experiences. Why do you choose this hospital? What can you contribute?
