I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks in May 2018
Interview
I applied at the Company website and two weeks later I received an email from the recruiter asking for a time for us to talk for the position that was available immediately. It was hard to scheduled the interview. I send several different time slots, but got no answer. The recruiter would call back later asking for another time. Again. Then he suggests a time, I accepted it but no call... After 10 days of trying to schedule we finally spoke. The interview was easy. He went thru my resume, what did I know from Palo Alto Networks, my experience with firewalls, how much I was looking for, ... He said he really liked my experience and I should be getting a call from the hiring manager in a couple of weeks. Times goes by and nothing. I shoot an email to the recruiter asking if there was any update on the process. He calls me back the next day saying the manager had been out but he wanted to interview me. He told me the manager' schedule for the following day and I choose a time. No call again... I asked the recruiter about the call, he said it was just a tentative, the manager did not confirm it. The following day I received an email informing they had offered the position to another candidate and he had accepted.
