Initially got contacted through recruiters after the application through referral, I got 1st round of Phone screen interview for an hour with Hiring Manager, which went well and then after I got the invitation for the On-Site interview which held for 6 hours with 6 people.Interview was really well until one round of the interview I had very bad experience. The person seemed so egostic as well as like he will show you like that he knows the whole universe and were asked such a stupid questions out of universe. Also, After interview is done, I got the response for the follow up emails from the recruiter after almost 10 days saying “I wanted to give you an update. The team is still interviewing other candidates to do their due diligence. The good news is you are still being considered. I will keep you posted. Please keep me updated on any things that might come up from your end.” (Totally Lie Recruiters) . And, I have got an offer meanwhile and so contacted recruiter to ask for the updates on this which he always says “still interviewing”, I also asked for the ETA which he still never answered.In short, I was asking on updates which candidate expect either positive or negative, but rubbish thing here is that he never said ETA as well as never provided updates, It is really annoying rather than getting negative updates.It doesn’t look professional when you can’t give an update OR ETA after more than 4 weeks waiting. I would never considered this company to interview in future as well as won’t recommend to waste your time on this egostic processes.I hope this would help other candidates who really works hard and then expect’s some outcome.
