Phone interview and virtual onsite was good but I got ghosted by the recruiter. I asked for the result 3-4 times but no answer. I spent several hours with the company for the interview but the recruiter cannot spend one minute email that I am not considered. ??? Seriously???

1. First there were two phone interviews. Some basic technical questions were asked. It took around two to three weeks to arrange and conduct the phone interviews.
2. If the phone interviews are you will be invited to go onsite. There were around 5 interviewers (45 minutes per interviewer). Very few algorithm problems and the problems were around easy level.
