Applied online. Received a request to provide availability for an interview in less than 24 hours. After several attempts at communicating and various follow ups, I finally completed an interview. Later I was told the hiring manager was very interested and to provide dates for availability again for a follow-up interview. Then I got ghosted. I followed up on multiple occasions with no response. Communication had been terrible throughout the process. Highly unprofessional and terrible experience. Why actively chase after someone and seem interested only to ghost them?
