The recruitment process involved an initial interview with the recruitment team, followed by two interviews with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview. During the panel interview, you were required to develop a business plan based on the current state of the team and share your ideas on how to implement it. This essentially asked you to provide free consulting on problematic areas where they have struggled to find answers. The feedback provided at each stage was limited, and overall, I found the process to be unprofessional and not aligned with what it was presented to be. Poor show for such a company that portrays itself as industry leader.
