Typical process with positive feedback along the way from critical members of management. Had a verbal offer of employment. Final step was VP Committee review who denied final approval because I had a resume gap; who doesn't these days? Just left a very bad taste in my mouth.

This has been one of the best interview processes I have been. Every interaction was very professional and there was feedback at every point. I had two interviews, one with the recruiter and the second one with Senior team members. I didn't get an offer but I got a call from the team to give me feedback about my application.
