I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Palolo Chinese Home (Honolulu, HI) in Jun 2015

Interview

The DON had a sheet of paper that contained 15 nursing related questions. It was very straightforward and took no longer than 30 minutes. I applied for the job in person by submitting an application to the HR department in person and received a call to schedule my interview a few days later by one of the nursing managers.
