I interviewed over the course of several weeks with 6 different Pampered Chef team members. The process was cumulatively over 4 hours of interviews, not including prep time. I was most disappointed in the end communication. When they did decide to move in another direction, I received a generic email stating they were going to pursue other candidates. The time invested in this process certainly warranted a phone call and some respect. I also thought 6 people, 4+ hours of interviews for what I learned was seemingly more of an entry-level to intermediate event role was unjustified. While I also did not think my skill set matched this role, the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth for a company who prides itself in core values like humility, integrity, and respect.
