I was contacted via LinkedIn. Communication was quick and efficient. Scheduled a first-round with HR, then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. From there, I have been ignored, even after being told by the hiring manager that she would like to move me on to the next round. I followed-up several times with no response. I ultimately let it go, but the lack of respect for a candidate is appalling. I left the emails open as to "if it's not me, that's fine, just let me know." Still, nothing. The interaction is extremely unprofessional and the candidate experience is one that is not quickly forgotten. A simple "you're not the right fit" would have been acceptable, especially at the level they were interviewing for.
