Received an email from a recruiter about an hour after I applied. Had phone interview with hiring manager the next week and was told during the call that I would be brought in for an inperson interview with the team. All contact and communication was timely up until this point of scheduling in person interview. Interviewed with HR team, was there for about 2 hours. The conversation and questions were situational based, which I was well prepared for, and felt a great rapport with the team. Was told that they had other interviews scheduled and would be contacted in a week. About a week and a half later, contacted the recruiter and didn’t hear back. Sent another email a week later to a different recruiter and they responded that they would get back to me soon. Waited another couple weeks and still didn’t hear back, so sent another email. Have never heard back either way which I found to be unprofessional for an HR team. I would not consider or recommend this company based on this experience.
