Interview
There was an initial telephone interview with a recruiter for the HR department. Upon successful completion they set up a single day marathon on-site in person interview sessions with 5~6 senior staff members and managers lasting about one hour each. The final interview was set up at a restaurant in Dana Point. It was obvious from the lunch interview that my table manners and social skills were being evaluated. It was fine with me. If they are going to have customer meetings, dinners, and entertainment they want to see how well you deal with people socially.
