I applied online. I interviewed at Panasonic (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2021
Interview
4 Rounds. 3 virtual and 1 in person. Largely behavioral to measure fit in team rather than any technical. Most were done virtually. Questions were rather generic and they want to see why Panasonic and why their team.

Describe a time when you worked on a project from start to finish?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Panasonic
Interview
The interview process was extremely prolonged. It was 3 rounds total, a phone call, a video interview, and a panel video interview that took almost 2 months. Every conversation was smooth, productive, and positive. Unfortunately, after 2 months and very positive feedback and conversation with team leaders, there was no offer & only an automated rejection. Reached out to each individual interviewer for feedback and heard nothing back. The job was then reposted. Very inefficient, long process with little gained.
