I had 2 interviews. One with an assistant manager and one with the store manager. They had a series of questions to ask from a list and then asked me about my experiences listed on my resume.

Why Panda?
The store manager said I was overqualified for the position and asked me why I wanted to work at Panda.
The interview process was welcoming and straightforward overall. I appreciated the questions asked and also the information/run down of the position. There were not really and downsides or negatives during the interview process.
