Applied via email & was called a few days later and invited in to a group interview. Around 25 girls were there, we all stood up and spoke about ourselves for 3 mins then were asked to sell everyone something we brought with us. After, we spoke 1-1 with one of the management and were asked questions strengths/weaknesses etc. I was called the next day and asked to come in for a trial shift, greeting customers/ shadowing sales for an hour. I was then offered a position in the shop

Group Interview - everyone convened at the store location and got to know each other. Had to get to know the person next to you and feedback (assessing how well you gathered info about them). Had to design a hypothetical seasonal poster

Interview
Questions read off a sheet, lovely lady interviewing. Asked about availability, skills, brand knowledge and asked how to deal with things like customer upsets. The interview was just with store manager.
It was a 2 stage interview process. First one was Manager of the store and 2nd is in store with assistant followed by Floor Assessment. Easy interview process. With Manager it was general question and 2nd interview is more of situational question and demonstration of product.
