I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (Altamonte Springs, FL) in Sep 2012
Interview
I had one interview initially after posting my resume to a few job sites. I was contacted by the manager of a store opening up in Altamonte Springs and was invited to interview with her. She gave me a brief interview over the phone, and soon asked to meet me later in the week.
The interview itself wasn't too long, probably about twenty minutes total. She was very interested in my background and customer service experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable and inviting environment. She took the time to get to know me as a potential employee, and whether I'd be an asset she would want on her team.
I filled out some extra paperwork, and within a few days, I was contacted and offered a position.

Question 1
How would you approach achieving your sales goals?
The interview itself was fairly formal with your standard questions. Mostly asked about any prior experiences and if we had any questions. The manager seemed chill and was easy to get along with.
I applied online and was called asking to come in for an interview. I was asked a couple of straightforward questions relating to the job role by the Assistant Manager. I was then called two weeks later and offered the job over the phone.
