Essential that you have retail experience, likely not to be successful without it as many questions are relative to past experience. A bit unfair as retail experience can be quickly learned.

Interview
The interview took place in a small office at the back of the store in a relaxed and professional setting. It was fairly short, and the questions were straightforward, focusing on my previous experience, customer service skills, availability, and why I wanted to work for the company. Overall, I found the interview to be friendly and not overly challenging.
Lots of people but rotated around four tables for individual interviews - was super easy and enjoyable, much better than group interviews which seem to be the norm for retail
