Met with the franchise owner, HR Director, a store manager and a right hand man. Very friendly interview, I was made to feel very welcome. I felt the interview went very well and that they were trying to sell the company to me. I was asked to complete a psychometric test after the interview also. I was very shocked when I wasn't offered the post. I was told there was a high caliber of candidates and there was no negative feedback about what I could've changed. I was however happy when they called me as I've gone weeks before now with other companies presuming I've been unsuccessful which I find very rude.
