They often ghost you after the interview. This has happened a few times where I’ve gone for an interview and haven’t heard anything back. After my last interview I sent a follow up email which they responded to saying they’d update me at the end of the week, but I never heard from them again.

They went through an activity of selling products to customers. One scenario where the customer is just browsing and the other where the customer knows exactly what they want.
