We went to one store, which was hiring for three stores in close areas. There were 50 girls there, so intimidating! We did a speed-interview which went for 5 minutes. They ask you a question, you answer and move onto the next. After this they handed me a piece of paper saying 'Thank you for your interest. We will contact you soon.' A day later I got an email confirming I was successful for the next round which was held in a hall at another store location. We went through the rules of working at Pandora, then had group activities of about 10 people. We had to play chinese whispers to test our memory of information, then had to describe their products with descriptive words. A day later I got a call back confirming I received the job! The interviews were a bit of a hassle (travelling far to attend them), and went for 3 hours all together, but I'm really happy. Was extremely fun to do, and really easy (if you're good at communications/literacy.) I also got a really welcoming, professional and team-oriented vibe. Its a place all the girls really wanted to work.
