I approached the female manager on linkedin praising the company, acknowledging their transformation and showing enthusiasm to interview. She sent a junior coordinator to message me thank you for your application in one week and then in another week - we have filled in the role. The role was still open. I have more years of experience than the German lady manager that was pure rude to me in my linkedin reply saying: what transformation? there is no transformation. Absolutely no engagement, no candidate experience. These are people that get promoted to a seior in 8 months and then in another 8 month to director (that is her title now). These people show us how it should be done. These people have the power. Tragic. I am a recruiter, i reject people every day. It could have been done in so many different ways that were kinder. I never want to apply there again to work for someone junior with a big title.
