While it may seem cool, pursuing a career as a jewelry industry manager is not highly recommended. Despite the allure, it involves significant challenges and responsibilities that require careful consideration.
Job opened for more than a year. Ghost jobs. No hiring whatsoever. Although they give feedback, it's of no added value when you understand that it was a no use hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (Poughkeepsie, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
Received an email that they were interested in my application, and wanted to set up a phone interview. THEY missed 2 scheduled appts, when we finally spoke, everything went well, they asked the normal retail interview questions, was told the DM would call for an in person interview that week. Never heard anything after that.. even sent an email to see if position was filled and nothing... just seemed very unprofessional!
