Panera Bread Counter Sales Representative interview questions

The Panera interview felt more like a friendly chat than a grilling session. The cafe aroma was incredible (seriously, major points for that!), and my interviewer put me at ease right away. We talked amidst the warm hum of the bakery, which actually helped me relax and focus. The questions were straightforward, mostly about customer service and teamwork, but it felt like a genuine conversation about how I could contribute to their team.
