Interview
Went to eat one day and they had applications laid out on a table to I grabbed one. I filled it out while I was eating and once I was done, one of the employees took it to a manager. Then the manager came out and spoke to me for like 5 minutes and told me to come in for an interview a few days later. The 2nd interview was very short and I barely got to speak. They said they'd give me a call but they didn't.
