Panera Bread Food Prep interview questions

My interview included a casual meeting where I sat down with one of the managers in the Panera seating section. We discussed various things such as my availability and past job experience.

This was an extremely easy interview and hiring process for me. I was hired on the spot, and the interview took less than twenty minutes. I was requested to start my shifts later in the week. My brother was already working at the location, so I did have a relatively faster time getting the job. However, I am quite certain I would still have been offered the job had my brother not recommended me, as I showed the interviewing manager that I worked well with customers and could provide determined and positive effort to the company.
