They got back to me rather quickly and I met with a manager the first interview then got called back by the general manager for the second interview. They asked pretty basic questions "why do you want to work here?" "what is your favorite meal at panera?" and make sure you are upbeat and ask many questions like how can you move up as a cashier and train in different areas in the restauruant
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.

Simple, straightforward questions. Don’t stress and you will be fine. No trick questions, use common sense and be truthful. The questions are basic, entry level, and easy to answer with a day of preparation.
