The interview was Very quick and easy. They asked Typical questions for hospitality businesses. The employer who interviewed me was very kind and inviting and did not make the process intimidating at all.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Columbia, MO) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very easy interview. asked about scheduling and how many hours i wanted and why i wanted to work there. i knew someone who already worked there so she went and got her and then we all talked.
Asked questions regarding food safety and why I wanted the job , also discussed how my schedule would look if I were to get the job. I was then told I would be given a call regarding the decision whether I got the job or not
Great process very easy and they really try and fast track the hiring process. It is usually with a couple of the managers who will be overseeing your day to day.
