I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online. Got a call a day later. Scheduled an interview for a couple days out. Walk in to the registers say you have an interview. They offer you a cup for a drink. Sit at a table and wait for an assistant manager to come out. They try to get to know you a little bit. Ask you questions about things that are current problems with their current employees like how do you help others or if a customer has an allergen what would you do? Theyll ask for some experience or for you to describe a situation in your past job or in school what you would do. I had 2 formal interviews and then on my orientation I finally met the hiring manager and had another informal interview. Then after you're hired you have to go to Planet Bread to learn about the company and you get to try some of their food.

Question 1
If a customer was struggling carrying two plates but you were busy doing a task what would you do?
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.
