I must say the manger lisa and asst.manger eric make sure you feel a home rite when you walk threw the door they also take there time to explain about the copmany wat it expectations are .They also believe in taken care of there customers from what i seen i will look no further then joining no other team but Panera thank for the opportunity.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
