Applies online. Got a call within the week. I went in for the interview and they were not aware that there was an interview coming in so my interview was really on the spot. The questions that the manager asked me questions that were not necessary. They offered me the job on the spot and offered me above minimum wage.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
