Interview
The interview process was very straight forward, it was not hard at all. Definitely just know what is on your resume and explain how you can benefit them. They invite you to Panera and one of the managers interviews you. Once you speak to them -- it is smooth sailing from there.
It all started with a meeting with the General Manager to learn more about the position. There were also some discussions with the District Manager, but the questions were not difficult and they wanted to know more about what I was interested in.
